1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped from our location at 1219 E Livingston St, Orlando, FL 32803,  United States. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We currently offer one convenient shipping option for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days. This service is FREE for all orders, as free shipping is offered on orders over $0.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we strive to deliver promptly, actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

3. Shipping Destinations Morzillaa LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

4. Shipping Carriers We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The specific carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of shipment based on the best available service for your location.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number(s), which you can use to monitor the status and progress of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Damages and Issues We take great care in packaging our live plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item, providing clear photos of the damage to both the product and its packaging. Please do not discard any packaging or damaged items until you have contacted us and received further instructions.
