You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For plants and flowers, this means any issues related to their health or condition upon arrival must be reported promptly, ideally within 24-48 hours of delivery, and the item must be returned with its original pot/container and any packaging materials. Items damaged due to improper care after receipt are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Morzillaa LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery for plants and flowers) at support@morzillaa.com or +14075761208. We may ask for photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess the situation and work quickly to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are primarily accepted for items that are damaged, incorrect, or show significant health issues upon arrival. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery due to improper care are not eligible for return.
